Carob Fudge Balls
Easy to make and a great source of calcium and magnesium.
Ingredients
- 1/2-1 cup of dates (soaked overnight)
- 1/2 a cup of tahini
- 1 cup of almond meal
- 1 cup of carob powder
- 2 teaspoons of dessicated coconut
Directions
- Stone dates, squeeze out excess moisture.
- Sift almond meal and carob powder.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Roll into balls.
- Refrigerate 1hr to set.
