Butterscotch Pudding
It tastes unbelievable! Its a fantastic way to finish off a dinner party (those who aren't vegan cant even notice the difference) or its is a lovely treat to have any night of the week after dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of self raising flour
- 3/4 of a cup of sugar
- 60gm of vegan margarine
- 1/2 a cup of soya milk
- 2 tablespoons of golden syrup
- 1 1/2 cups of hot water
- 30gm of vegan margarine
Directions
- Sift the sugar and flour into a bowl.
- Melt the margarine and add to the flour mix, then combine thoroughly.
- Place into a well greased ovenproof dish.
- Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until the margarine melts.
- Gently pour the sauce over the pudding mixture in the ovenproof dish.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes.
