Grilled Zuchini

Delicious natural flavours which really come out. Great for a snack or side dish, low in fat and taste amazing.


  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil (or other cooking oil)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon of Spiral brand organic Tamari


  1. Wash one zucchini, shave it into long strips with a vegetable peeler.
  2. Put oil into a hot pan and turn, add zucchini strips.
  3. Cook until the strips are a little crisp, but juicy, they will shrink in size.
  4. Turn them every minute, for 4 minutes.
  5. Place in a dish, add tamari and enjoy!
