  • Silverbeet
  • Pasta
  • Herbs and spices
  • Carrot
  • Zuchinni
  • Tomato
  • Lentils
  • Veg stock
  • Garlic
  • Onion


  1. Chop up your vegetables so the are either chunky or chopped finely, however you prefer
  2. Make your veg stock by adding all the vegetables, lentils, herbs and spices to a saucepan with water and leave to boil.
  3. As the water is boiling make up a batch of pasta.
  4. After the vegetables have come to boil and they are tender then add the vegetables and the pasta together.
