Lecho
A cheap and delicious vegetarian dish!
Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 big chopped onion
- 4 European yellow capsicums (cut into bite-sizes)
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- Salt
- 1/2 cup half-cooked rice
- 1/3 cup water
Directions
- Heat oil in frypan.
- Fry onion until it becomes transparent.
- Add and stir capsicums for about 10 minutes.
- Add and stir tomatoes and salt for about 5 minutes.
- Add and mix rice and water then cover and leave it on low heat for about 10 minutes.
