Mushroom Stroganoff
It tastes awesome, warming and is a lovely winter dish!
Ingredients
- 1 pkt Lamyong Mushroom chunks chopped up
- 1 large onion
- 250g mushrooms chopped
- 200ml tin coconut cream (lite)
- 1/2 cup vege stock
- olive oil
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
Directions
- Heat oil in pan
- add mushroom chunks and cook through to release flavour
- Take off heat and put aside.
- Fry onions and add mushrooms
- Add tomoato paste and stir through
- Add vege stock and coconut milk
- Stir all together
- Add Mushroom chunks and simmer for 10 minutes
