Creamy homestyle tzatziki

Rich, cool and creamy -- this dairy-free tzatziki is the perfect accompaniment to salads, wraps, sandwiches, or for dipping.


  • 1 1/2 cups of Nudie natural coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 grated Lebanese cucumber (squeeze out the juice -- and save it for your green smoothies!)
  • A good handful of fresh parsley, chopped
  • A good handful of fresh mint, chopped
  • A good handful of fresh dill, chopped
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • The zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Simply mix all the ingredients together!
  2. Let stand in the fridge for at least 15 to let the herbs and garlic infuse.
  3. Stir, and serve chilled.
