Ward's Easy Peasy Cheesy Vegan Pizza
Simple, and delicious. You can easily modify this basic recipe to create a pizza suited to your own tastes.
Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized pre-made pizza base
- 1 small onion
- 2 medium sized mushrooms
- some roasted capsicum (find it at the deli)
- handful of button mushrooms
- a few sun-dried tomatoes
- Redwood vegan peperoni (optional)
- Redwood Cheezley Mozzarella
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
- Place pizza base on a baking tray
- If your base does not already have tomato paste base, cover with tomato paste, and add some Italian herbs and garlic if desired
- Chop one small onion into thin rings (sliced in half) and spread out over the base
- Slice medium sized mushrooms and distribute moderately over the onions
- Add a few sun-dried tomatoes
- Cut roasted capsicum into long strips and lay out neatly on the pizza
- Add some Redwood vegan pepperoni for taste (if desired)
- Add a few button mushrooms
- Cut Redwood Cheezly mozzerella into around 5 rectangles and lay on top of the pizza
- Bake for around 20 mins
