Then start to prepare the apple filling. Cut your apples into fine quarters, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, lemon or lime juice and raisins and mix well.
Next step, prepare your pastry.
Melt some dairy free margarine and spread the sheets with it. Sprinkle over some bread crumbs and cut into 4 equal quarters. Place the apples mix in the middle of the quarter and fold to a parcel.
Preheat oven to 200C
Place your parcels on a baking tray with baking paper. Also spread some melted margarine on top of the parcels. They now are ready to go into the oven!
Turn the heat down to 180C after 5 min and bake until golden brown.
When ready get them out of the oven and let them cool down.
Make your glaze and mix the icing sugar, cinnamon and soy milk together and sprinkle over the parcels when cooled out.
Also sprinkle with icing sugar ... and they are ready to eat - enjoy!
