You Will Need:

  • 3 cups of cooked brown rice
  • 1 cups soy or rice milk
  • 1 of cup dried fruit
  • 3 of teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoons of vanilla
  • Dash of cinnamon

Baked Rice Pudding

Put simply, its easy to make kiddy friendly! so hard to find desserts which are gluten free for our veggie family and the kids love it!

Variation:

Serve in individual bowls with extra soy or rice milk to pour over the pudding and/or brown sugar to sprinkle on top.
This may also be baked in individual bowls - Baking time will be reduced by about half.
Different kinds of fruit may be used such as raisins, currents, dried cranberries, or chopped apricots or dates. This may also be served cold or at room temperature.
