You Will Need:

  • 1 pkt Lamyong Mushroom chunks chopped up
  • 1 large onion
  • 250g mushrooms chopped
  • 200ml tin coconut cream (lite)
  • 1/2 cup vege stock
  • olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
