Mac 'n' Cheeze

You Will Need:

Cheeze sauce
  • 1tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika (mild)
  • 2 tsp mustard powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 85gm tofu
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp oil for cooking
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups savoury yeast/nutritional yeast
  • 680gm elbow macaroni pasta
Veggies (optional)
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 225gm button mushrooms
  • 6 medium shallots
