You Will Need:

  • 2 cups of plain whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 a cup of brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups of low fat soy milk
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 a cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 a cup of chopped cashews
  • All natural maple syrup for topping.
