Deliciously spicy tofu with broccoli and rice

You Will Need:

  • 350-400 g block of firm tofu
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled and chopped fine
  • 3-4 spring onions finely sliced, including three quarters of the green bits
  • 1 tsp of finely chopped fresh ginger
  • Canola oil
  • 1 cup uncooked brown rice
  • 1 small head of broccoli separated into florets
Sauce mixture
  • 3 (generous) tbsp thin soy sauce
  • 1 (generous) tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp good chilli sauce
  • 2 heaped tsp cornflour
  • 350ml light vegetable stock
