Golden roasted chickpeas with garlic and crispy sage leaves

You Will Need:

  • 2 tins chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic, whole and unpeeled
  • a few fresh sage leaves
  • a few pinches of salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
