Cashew Falafel

You Will Need:

  • Bunch of Spring Onions (whites chopped)
  • 1 cup Raw Cashews
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce or Tamari
  • 1/2 tsp dried Chili Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp flax meal in 3 Tbsp water (mix)
  • small bunch basil (chopped)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
