Overnight Oats

You Will Need:

  • 1 and a 1/2 cups of rolled oats
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 1 apple, grated
  • Milk ( soy, rice, oat, almond)
  • Vegan yogurt (any flavour you like; Soy Life)
  • Ground flaxseeds or chia seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • You choose: currants, sultanas, dates, dried apricot, chopped raw almonds

Need a winter warm up? You can bake it! Mix it all up the same, let it sit for about 15 minutes to half an hour (to let the chia or flax seeds thicken the mix) then pour it into an ovenproof dish, bake at 180 for 20-30 mins depending on how firm you like it. Voila! Baked oatmeal.
