Banana Smoothie

This is so healthy and loved by adults and babies. My baby nephew loves it so much.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (cubed)
  • 1 pear (cubed)
  • 1 avocado (cubed)

Directions

  1. Throw all the cubes into a high speed blender and blend for 30 seconds. Serve.

Variation

    Orange or apples or papaya can be used instead of pear.
