Almond milk is delicious but expensive. This way you can have it all the time.
- One cup of raw almonds
- One litre of warm water
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 teaspoons of soy lecithin
- 1 teaspoon of molasses or malt extract
- Finely chop almonds in blender.
- Add other ingredients.
- Blend for a few seconds.
- Strain and chill.
Substitute with hazelnuts for a delicious alternative.
