A cheap and delicious vegetarian dish!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 big chopped onion
  • 4 European yellow capsicums (cut into bite-sizes)
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup half-cooked rice
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions

  1. Heat oil in frypan.
  2. Fry onion until it becomes transparent.
  3. Add and stir capsicums for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add and stir tomatoes and salt for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add and mix rice and water then cover and leave it on low heat for about 10 minutes.
