Totally Decadent Chocolate Mousse
This is a chocolate mousse recipe suitable for Kings (and Queens).
- 300g firm silken tofu
- 250g block of dairy-free chocolate (try Whittaker's dark chocolate block)
- 55g (approx 1/4 cup) Tofutti 'better than cream cheese'
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Heat chocolate under low heat until melted
- Place all ingredients into a food processor / blender
- Blend until smooth
- Remove and chill
Garnish with berries, shaved chocolate, and/or mint leaves for variety. Try varying the amount of chocolate and sugar to alter the richness of this recipe to your liking.
