Cashew Falafel

It tastes delicious and makes a great starter to impress anyone.


  • Bunch of Spring Onions (whites chopped)
  • 1 cup Raw Cashews
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce or Tamari
  • 1/2 tsp dried Chili Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp flax meal in 3 Tbsp water (mix)
  • small bunch basil (chopped)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)


  1. Add everything to a food processor
  2. Blend till the nuts are coarsely chopped
  3. Add small spoonfuls to a hot pan with a little olive oil
  4. Cook till golden brown
  5. Serve with salsa.
